‍This data includes details about various construction materials per apartment or floor, such as gypsum, which are crucial for precise resource allocation and cost estimation. Such utilization of Anker aids in accurate cost calculation for different tasks, thus enhancing project efficiency and ensuring budget adherence.

Upon receiving IFC models from architects, Backe leveraged Anker to visualize, understand, and analyze the existing data, making necessary corrections and enhancing the initial models. By accurately specifying and calculating the required materials for the construction project, Backe ensures precise tracking and management. Using Anker, they determined the exact amounts of gypsum, insulation, and other materials needed per square meter, and efficiently distributed and assigned data linking walls to specific apartments on designated floors. Additionally, they generated new BIM data through rule-based populations in Anker, further enriching their IFC models. Quantity tables created in Anker seamlessly connected to their internal databases and other sources through Anker's API.
