Every process within Anker can be seamlessly automated, whether it's syncing data from Common Data Environments, handling population and validation, or effortlessly sharing the results.

How does Anker automation work?

Every process within Anker can be seamlessly automated, whether it's syncing data from Common Data Environments, handling population and validation, or effortlessly sharing the results. With each file update, your data remains consistently accurate. Embrace the future of BIM data management with Anker, where you hold the reins to redefine efficiency and quality.

Our automation is triggered by events such as file import or scheduled times. You can queue a list of predefined tasks that are important to you.

Automated validation workflow:

  1. Import or update project files to Anker to trigger automation.
  2. Automatically run queued populations (update the model with new data).
  3. Automatically run queued validations (run parameter checks on your models).
  4. If the validation result is connected to your PowerBI, simply refresh your PowerBI dashboard.
  5. If you are using Anker's public report, simply refresh the page to view any new updates.

Automate Revit work with Anker and BIM360

You can enhance your Automations with the BIM360 or ACC integration. Anker can monitor changes in the specified BIM360 or ACC folder. This will prompt Anker to update the files, which in turn will trigger the next scheduled tasks.

You can also schedule the export of the updated parameters back to BIM360/ACC to fully automate quality assurance management.

ACC/BIM360 Workflow:

  1. Upload your updated project files to BIM360 to trigger export.
  2. Automatically import files to Anker and trigger more tasks.
  3. Run other queued tasks.
  4. Schedule parameter export back to models in BIM360 [beta phase].

Automate your work with Anker and CatendaHub

You can enable automatic pull with your Catenda Project.

Select the models you want to sync and your revisions in the selected models will be kept up-to-date automatically. This means that if you make a change to a model, the change will be reflected in Anker.

CatendaHub Workflow:

  1. Upload your updated project files to CatendaHub to trigger export.
  2. Automatically import files to Anker and trigger more tasks.
  3. Run other queued tasks.
  4. Experience high-quality BIM data!
