  1. Internet Connection: Ensure that your computer is connected to the internet.
  2. Firewall Settings: Verify that your firewall is not blocking the installer.
  3. Program Verification: Check if 'Anker' and 'Anker UI' are listed under 'Add and Remove Programs' in your system settings.
  4. Domain Whitelisting: Make sure you have whitelisted Anker's domains as required.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, we recommend uninstalling the add-in and then reinstalling it for a fresh setup.
