What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms On the reope.com website, we include Contact Forms on each page of our website for people to get in touch. We collect your name and Email Address so that we can reply to you. We will use these details you provide to respond to your query.
We do not send 'spam' or unaddressed commercial e-mails to persons who have not explicitly agreed to receive such messages.
Embedded content from other websites Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Analytics We collect information about how users are using our website. Among other things, we register which pages are visited, how long the users are on the page, which pages they came from, where they click on and what to search for. This enables us to improve our services and provide content that is relevant to our users. Data is collected only at a 'demographic' level (i.e. not personally identifiable).
Who we share your data with We never share your data with any third parties.
How long we retain your data Contact information from our contact form completions will be stored to help us manage the stream of communication we receive. We store this information in a CMS system and may contact you (infrequently) in the future to update you on what happening in the Reope ecosystem.
What rights you have over your data If you have submitted a comment or contact form on this website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you including any data you have provided to us (only your name and email address).
In line with GDPR, you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. In all cases, we will action this request as quickly and possible. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
